Flutter Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

The Flutter Mobile Engineer will design and develop mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver responsive and high-performing apps while ensuring code quality and app stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications with Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Work with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to build responsive apps.
• Convert design mockups and business needs into functional features.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize app performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain app stability.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and releasing Flutter applications in production.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with mobile databases such as SQLite or Hive.
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows like GitFlow.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter development.
• Knowledge of native mobile development and platform-specific integrations (optional).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with testing tools like Mockito, Flutter Driver, or integration tests.
• Understanding of secure mobile app development and data protection best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
