Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Solutions Architect at AWS partners with customers and internal teams to design scalable cloud architectures that solve business challenges and promote AWS service adoption. This role leads a team, supports revenue growth, and acts as a trusted advisor on cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of solutions architects within the Saudi customer segment.
• Build strong customer relationships to advise on critical workloads and cloud transformation.
• Collaborate with sales to drive revenue through AWS platform adoption and migration.
• Educate customers on AWS value and engage in detailed architectural discussions.
• Contribute to AWS publications like whitepapers and blogs to share knowledge.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, engineering, and support teams to meet customer needs.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to shape strategy and broaden AWS usage.
• Recruit and enable an industry-leading solutions architecture team.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing teams or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience designing or operating solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Experience in architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer cloud requirements is preferred.
