Job Summary
This role involves participation in a major Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Independent Power Producer (IPP) project in Jordan, focusing on power infrastructure development and supporting the country’s energy future.
Responsibilities
- Engage in site construction and supervision activities for CCGT projects.
- Manage or engineer various site roles including civil, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation & control disciplines.
- Oversee commissioning processes for electrical, mechanical, and I&C systems.
- Plan and execute project schedules and quality assurance/control measures.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met on site.
- Control and manage project documentation.
- Support power generation and transmission infrastructure development.
Requirements
- Experience in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Plants, Open Cycle Gas Turbine Plants, conventional power generation, or transmission projects.
- Minimum 15 years experience for Site Manager/Construction Manager roles.
- 10-15 years experience for Senior Site Engineers, Commissioning Engineer/Manager, Senior Process Engineer, Project Planning Engineer, and QA/QC Manager roles.
- Minimum 10 years experience for Site Inspectors and HSE Inspectors/Engineers.
- 5-10 years experience for Document Controller roles.
- Preference for candidates with at least 2 CCGT project experiences.
