Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Job Summary

The Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer will lead the venture from pilot to a licensed, scaling B2B marketplace in Riyadh, managing supply and demand sides, commercial strategy, and overall P&L while building and leading the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall P&L and go-to-market strategy to scale the Riyadh marketplace.
• Develop and maintain the supply side by negotiating with wholesalers and suppliers on discounts, terms, and availability.
• Grow and manage the demand side by signing, onboarding, and expanding a base of large garages and overseeing B2B field sales.
• Set pricing and margin strategies for both buy-side discounts and wholesale-to-retail spreads.
• Build and lead the founding team and manage key relationships with wholesalers, garage chains, insurers, and the studio/Investment Committee.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in commercial, GM, or founder roles in the auto aftermarket, B2B distribution/trading, or industrial supply, preferably in KSA/GCC.
• Proven track record of personally signing suppliers and customers and growing a two-sided or distribution business.
• Deep understanding of Saudi auto-parts trade purchasing, pricing, and payment processes with an existing Riyadh network of wholesalers, garages, and insurers.
• Experience leading a P&L and building and managing a team.
• Clear communication skills with suppliers, garages, insurers, and the studio/board.
• Fluency in Arabic and English and residency in Riyadh.

Nice to haves

• Existing relationships with large chains (e.g., Petromin), insurers (e.g., Tawuniya, Najm), or major wholesalers.
• Familiarity with CR, ZATCA, or licensing processes.
