Senior Manager – Technical Product Management

Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Technical Product Management at Qiddiya Digital leads the end-to-end product ownership of key digital capabilities within Qiddiya’s ecosystem, collaborating closely with the Lead Software Engineer to align business and technical goals throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap and set priorities for the assigned digital domain.
  • Convert business goals and customer needs into defined product capabilities, requirements, and measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer to ensure alignment of product priorities with architecture, technical feasibility, and engineering capacity.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog considering customer value, business impact, risks, dependencies, and technical factors.
  • Develop clear business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and non-functional expectations.
  • Ensure product capabilities support reuse across Qiddiya’s assets, brands, channels, and customer journeys.
  • Lead discovery activities including stakeholder workshops, customer research, journey analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.
  • Oversee vendor delivery teams to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s priorities and standards, retaining product decisions and knowledge within the company.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management experience in complex digital, technology, or customer-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital products from discovery through delivery, launch, operation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, digital platforms, data flows, cloud services, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience managing products related to commerce, checkout, loyalty, customer accounts, mobile experiences, ticketing, payments, or digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to make informed product and technical trade-offs.
  • Experience managing vendors, system integrators, or outsourced product and delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical skills using product, customer, operational, and commercial data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, cross-domain dependencies, and complex delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
