Job Summary

Licensed Aircraft Engineers will perform maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting, and certification on Boeing 787 and Airbus 321 aircraft. The role ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, structures, cabin interiors, avionics, engines, and components according to licence category.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and approved manufacturer documentation.
• Perform inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting, and certification tasks.
• Supervise and coach maintenance personnel in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Support line maintenance operations to reduce aircraft downtime.
• Promote a Just Culture and ensure reporting of all incidents and occurrences through the Safety Management System.
• Maintain aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness with high safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate or equivalent qualification in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience including recent certifying experience within licence category.
• Valid GACA, EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III Type training (practical and theoretical).
• Last five years of aircraft maintenance experience records (logbook) stamped and signed by MRO/Operator Quality Assurance.
• Recency letter from current and previous employers (if applicable) outlining scope and duration of work, signed by MRO Quality Assurance.
• Current and previous Certification Authorisations issued by Operators and/or MROs.
