Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementations for wholesale customers, ensuring deployment, integration, and ongoing support to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo implementation projects for wholesale clients.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within schedule and quality standards.
- Identify risks and issues, developing mitigation plans.
- Serve as main contact between company, customers, and Odoo service providers.
- Gather and translate customer business requirements into system implementation plans.
- Coordinate with vendors on licensing, configuration, customization, and support.
- Oversee system integration with customer IT teams and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Applications Development Standards and Procedures.
- Experience with Applications Knowledge and Applications System Analysis.
