Business Insights & Analytics Manager

Job Summary

The Business Insights & Analytics Manager partners with the Business Development organization to enable data-driven decisions, manage client performance, and support business growth in the KBO cluster. The role also leads AI, automation, and reporting transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development teams to deliver client, portfolio, and market performance reports for informed decision-making and growth identification.
• Analyze client, product, market, and revenue data to detect underperformance, risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Create and monitor action plans with Business Development teams to address performance gaps and ensure accountability.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports for timely visibility into business performance.
• Lead business reviews with analysis, commentary, and strategic advice to support leadership decisions.
• Conduct detailed analyses on clients, industries, products, and initiatives to identify trends and commercial insights.
• Drive the KBO AI and Automation agenda by identifying use cases, implementing AI solutions, enhancing reporting, and improving productivity through automation.
• Support client events, strategic programs, and cross-functional projects to strengthen client relationships and commercial success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, analytics, strategy, consulting, financial services, or payments industry.
• Strong skills in business performance management, reporting, analytics, and translating data into insights.
• Ability to analyze client, market, product, and revenue performance to find growth opportunities and gaps.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and performance reports.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with Business Development teams and senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
