Job Summary
The Transformation Success Engineer (TSE) at Palo Alto Networks supports enterprise customers in migrating and transforming their security operations to modern platforms, managing the entire customer transition lifecycle within a global team.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical migration of customer environments from legacy systems to modern platforms, including policy mapping, data retention setup, API configuration, and log ingestion validation.
- Conduct “Day in the Life” (DITL) workshops to facilitate platform adoption by educating customer teams on workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks.
- Lead Value Realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders to demonstrate ROI, security effectiveness, and operational efficiency using platform dashboards.
Requirements
- Professional technical knowledge in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks products such as Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or experience with competitive migrations.
- Strong skills in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting technical workshops and maintaining executive presence.
- A mindset focused on scale, artificial intelligence, automation, reusable playbooks, and technical documentation.
