Job Summary

This role is for a recent Software Engineering graduate to join Qawafel’s Product team in Riyadh, focusing on transforming customer problems into clear requirements, documentation, and prototypes using AI tools and coding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery alongside Product and Engineering teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements
• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Maintain product documentation, process flows, and integration specifications
• Conduct benchmark analysis of competitor products and market solutions
• Plan and assist usability testing and interpret feedback
• Coordinate integration projects with internal teams and external partners including banks
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept using vibe coding and AI-assisted tools

Must haves

• Saudi national based in Riyadh
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field
• 0–1 years of experience, including fresh graduates
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong technical fundamentals including software, APIs, and databases
• Proficient with AI tools, vibe coding, and building AI agents

Nice to haves

• Graduate from KFUPM, PSU, or KSU
• Portfolio of prototypes, AI agents, or projects
• Internship or project experience in product, business analysis, or fintech
• Experience with Figma, Jira, or Notion
