AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Job Summary

This role involves hands-on, technical work at the intersection of Agentic AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise deployment. The engineer will collaborate directly with customers and security teams to develop and enhance production-grade Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-ready AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
• Create custom integrations, tools, APIs, workflows, and agent graphs using Python.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise cybersecurity platforms and client infrastructure.
• Construct AI workflows for security alert triage, investigation, threat hunting, incident response, and automation.
• Diagnose AI behavior issues and enhance agent accuracy, reliability, guardrails, and performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle from concept through code, integration, deployment, and production.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers, SOC teams, and MSSPs to address security challenges.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building LLM / Agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency with LangGraph and/or LangChain.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, FastAPI, Pydantic, and API integrations.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and structured outputs.
• Understanding of multi-agent architectures, tool/function calling, state, memory, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cybersecurity operations including SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, Incident Response, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Ability to deploy and troubleshoot solutions in complex enterprise environments.
