Job Summary

The AI Lead at Prezlab directs the AI department, overseeing AI architects and managing AI initiatives that enhance internal operations and develop external AI products. The role involves maintaining AI system security and reliability while aligning AI efforts with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the AI department roadmap aligned with company priorities.
• Lead the full lifecycle of external AI products, including development, marketing, and business growth.
• Supervise and support AI architects in workload management and career development.
• Create and deploy AI-powered internal automations to improve workflows across departments.
• Ensure ongoing reliability, performance, and security of AI systems in production.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI initiatives with company infrastructure and standards.
• Report progress, risks, and results regularly to senior leadership.
• Research and evaluate new AI trends, tools, and competitor offerings to guide strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI or software development with hands-on programming.
• Experience in managing or leading teams preferred.
• Proven skills in technical research, tool evaluation, and end-to-end product development.
• Expert knowledge of current AI tools, models, and platforms including LLMs and automation tooling.
• Familiarity with AI security, data privacy, and governance practices.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, design, and business teams.
