Reporting Manager

Job Summary

The Reporting Manager at AECOM in Riyadh is responsible for developing and maintaining project reporting frameworks, preparing performance reports, and managing data dashboards to support project monitoring and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frameworks, templates, and governance for project reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports on project performance.
• Consolidate data from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project progress against baselines, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Create and manage management dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and gaps, providing insights to leadership.
• Support schedule and cost reporting including earned value and performance metrics.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for senior management and clients, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on major rail, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Experience in preparing executive and client-level performance reports.
• Experience in project controls and reporting.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, Power BI Certification, and Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is preferred.
