Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating and managing a detailed framework to monitor and report project performance, ensuring consistent tracking of KPIs across departments. The role involves analyzing data, advising on metrics, reporting to senior management, and collaborating with department leaders to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting system for projects.
• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of KPIs across all departments.
• Guarantee accuracy, reliability, and consistency of performance data.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Provide guidance on KPIs and performance measurement.
• Deliver regular performance reports and updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to create action plans addressing performance issues.
• Coordinate with IT to maintain optimal functioning of monitoring and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management on large projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with professional project management processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up/set-up processes.
• Experience in continuous improvement and talent development.
• Proven management, supervisory, and personnel administrative skills.
• Strong analytical and report writing abilities.
• Ability to prepare and present professional presentations to management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working internationally, preferably in KSA.
