Consultant — Research and Analytics

Job Summary

This role involves collaborating with consultants, researchers, and clients to analyze complex social and policy issues using rigorous, data-driven methods. The consultant develops hypotheses, conducts detailed quantitative analysis, and produces precise analytics to address key research questions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and clients to clarify research goals and design rigorous analytic approaches.
• Perform detailed quantitative analyses including data validation, cross-tabulation, modeling, and exploratory data analysis with high accuracy.
• Investigate datasets to test hypotheses, integrate secondary data, and identify meaningful patterns relevant to client questions.
• Document analytic workflows and data sources clearly for audit purposes.
• Create clear analytic outputs that support consultants and partners in developing client-ready deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings to understand goals and provide analytical insights.
• Maintain Gallup’s standards for data integrity ensuring all outputs are precise and defensible.
• Enhance analytic skills by applying new methods and technologies to research challenges.

Must haves

• Master’s degree.
• Saudi National.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in quantitative research, statistics, math, economics, or related quantitative fields.
• At least two years of experience working with complex survey data including data quality validation, statistical analysis, and insight development.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
