Senior Business Consultant

Job Summary

The Senior Business Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan, focused on leading client projects, analyzing business operations, and providing strategic advice to improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage project delivery to meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Conduct detailed business analyses and develop strategic recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design practical solutions related to operations, finance, and organizational structure.
• Collect and interpret data, prepare reports and presentations for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to support client initiatives.
• Support the implementation of agreed-upon projects and initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven consulting experience, preferably across multiple industries or sectors.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Good understanding of finance and financial analysis to aid decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, management, or related fields.
• Experience leading projects, managing client relationships, and working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Amman and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the Middle East region and familiarity with digital transformation or technology-driven change is an advantage.
