Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Job Summary

The Mobile Developer (Flutter) will design and develop mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms.
• Work with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to build responsive applications.
• Convert design mockups and business needs into functional features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Optimize app performance for speed and efficiency.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve development processes.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure app stability.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests for code quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and releasing Flutter applications in production.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with mobile databases such as SQLite or Hive.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows like GitFlow.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter development.
• Understanding of platform-specific integrations and native mobile development is a plus.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with testing tools such as Mockito, Flutter Driver, or integration tests.
• Awareness of secure mobile app development and data protection best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
