Business Process Principal Consultant – Customer Industry Solutions (CIS)

Job Summary

This role leads customer innovation engagements focused on Industry AI solutions, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize Industry AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases, refining requirements and defining KPIs and value metrics.
• Manage the end-to-end process from use case discovery to deployment, including prototype development and business outcome validation.
• Implement a fast, iterative delivery model to achieve measurable customer value within weeks.
• Develop industry-specific AI assets and accelerators based on customer insights for global reuse within SAP.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of industry experience in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operational process knowledge.
• Practical experience defining Agentic AI solutions focusing on data readiness, process alignment, and measurable results.
• Proven success in product management or consulting, leading business transformation and delivering structured programs at senior levels.
• Ability to lead executive workshops and co-innovation sessions, managing complex organizational dynamics with emotional intelligence.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify high-impact AI opportunities and develop executable solutions.
• Business acumen to create quantified business cases with KPIs and ROI timelines.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and cloud-first architecture principles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
