ISO 9001, QMS & Process Management Specialist

Job Summary

The ISO 9001, QMS & Process Management Specialist will collaborate with clients to analyze, design, document, improve, and implement business processes and Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001.
• Evaluate current business processes to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, map, document, and optimize comprehensive business processes and workflows.
• Create and review policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Conduct ISO 9001 gap assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
• Support clients in ISO certification and surveillance audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
• Apply process improvement methods such as Lean Management, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various business functions to enhance cross-functional processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven practical experience in ISO 9001 implementation and Quality Management Systems.
• Strong skills in Business Process Management, process mapping, process improvement, and SOP development.
• Experience in quality audits, gap assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Lean Management, Value Stream Mapping, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Expertise in KPIs, scorecards, and performance measurement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI including dashboards and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective collaboration with senior management, process owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications in ISO 9001, Quality Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or related fields are highly preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
