Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) Specialist

Job Summary

This role supports the development and execution of a global Compliance Risk Management Program, focusing on Anti-Financial Crime and other financial crime risk assessments, leveraging AI tools to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program to identify and manage compliance risks.
• Conduct Anti-Financial Crime EWRA annually using AI/GenAI tools to improve research, analysis, and reporting while ensuring methodological integrity.
• Lead risk assessments for additional financial crime areas such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, and Market Abuse as needed.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams on risk assessments of new or existing products.
• Work with various stakeholders to document control inventories and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy frameworks.
• Coordinate globally to align risk assessment methodologies and execution with organizational expectations.
• Assist regional and product teams in developing policies and processes for risk mitigation and compliance assurance.
• Integrate AI-enabled methods into EWRA activities, maintaining human oversight to validate and audit outputs.

Requirements

• Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
• Preferred advanced professional risk certification such as CAMS-RM.
• At least 5 years of compliance experience in regulated financial services; crypto industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Practical knowledge of AI and GenAI, including prompt engineering, tool selection, output validation, and understanding model limitations in compliance contexts.
• Familiarity with AI governance and Responsible AI principles related to compliance and risk assessment.
• Data literacy to evaluate and verify AI-generated outputs before use in risk assessments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment while collaborating across multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive and diligent team player.
