Operations Associate – Jordan

Job Summary

The Operations Associate will support Consulting Operations by managing CRM data compliance, building reports and dashboards, and assisting engagement teams with Salesforce training and processes. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders including Partners, Clients & Markets, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Salesforce champion for the Consulting Line of Service.
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and manage opportunities.
• Prepare pipeline and operational reports.
• Provide operational support to Consulting and Clients & Markets teams.
• Handle ad-hoc Salesforce, reporting, and automation requests within the Line of Service.
• Conduct regular Salesforce training sessions for teams and individuals.
• Develop dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to align reporting with Salesforce data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in Big Four or relevant consulting environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve data issues.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI or Excel.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to interpret operational and pipeline data into clear reports and insights.
• Confidence in supporting users, explaining processes, and delivering training.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, especially in opportunity management and pipeline reporting, is highly advantageous.
• Interest in process improvement and automation; experience with automation or data tools is a plus.
