Job Summary
The Applications/Systems Engineer supports the delivery of high-quality application assistance and customer service for Roche’s product portfolio, working closely with sales and field service teams to provide valuable service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality application support aligned with client needs and business goals
- Use established systems and methods to maintain excellent client satisfaction
- Continuously develop professional knowledge across assigned product lines
- Provide operational coverage during core and extended hours per service agreements
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives based on customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback
- Perform formal system commissioning, technical configuration, and user training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical or equivalent
- Minimum two years of practical application experience in IVD or medical device industry
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Arabic or other local spoken languages are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
