Senior Expert – MarTech

Job Summary

The Senior Expert – MarTech at Qiddiya Digital is responsible for technical ownership and leadership of MarTech and digital experience platforms, ensuring quality, reliability, and operational support across various Adobe and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical aspects of MarTech platforms and integrations including Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM/AEMaaCS, AEP, AJO, CJA, Target, DAM/Content Hub, Sprinklr, Workfront, and analytics.
• Define and maintain the technical architecture, integration patterns, engineering standards, release processes, and roadmap for MarTech.
• Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Lead vendor engineering teams to ensure adherence to Qiddiya Digital standards and MarTech architecture principles.
• Review and approve technical designs, APIs, data models, event schemas, tracking specs, integration flows, and code quality.
• Support governance and operational controls for AEMaaCS, Cloud Manager pipelines, environment strategy, and multi-SI code management.
• Ensure technical quality and reliability of analytics and tagging including data layers, Adobe Tags/Launch, WebSDK/MobileSDK, UTM governance, and reporting.
• Manage security, scalability, observability, resilience, maintainability, reusability, and cost efficiency of MarTech solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, technical leadership, solution architecture, or senior development in digital platforms or MarTech.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and ability to challenge implementation decisions.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, AEMaaCS, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar enterprise digital experience platforms.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, data flows, integrations, identity, consent, customer profiles, and distributed systems.
• Experience with analytics and tagging technologies such as Adobe Tags/Launch, WebSDK/MobileSDK, CJA, data layer design, UTM governance, and campaign tracking.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, release management, automated testing, observability, performance engineering, security, and production operations.
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, or outsourced engineering teams.
• Strong skills in incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem management.
• Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making abilities.
