Lead AI Architect

Job Summary

The Lead AI Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of secure, enterprise-grade Generative AI and AI infrastructure platforms tailored for regulated banking environments. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI/ML platforms for secure on-premise and air-gapped settings.
• Develop GPU-accelerated infrastructure utilizing NVIDIA DGX, H100/B200, NVLink, and NVSwitch technologies.
• Architect AI platforms on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes with the NVIDIA GPU Operator.
• Integrate NVIDIA NIM, Triton Inference Server, DataRobot, and Graph Databases into AI solutions.
• Create architectures supporting RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and enterprise data pipelines.
• Establish standards for security, scalability, performance, and data sovereignty in banking contexts.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Data Science, Engineering, and AI teams.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and promote adoption of impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI/ML, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience designing large-scale GenAI, LLM, AI/ML, or GPU-accelerated solutions.
• Proficient with NVIDIA GPUs, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and GPU Operator.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA NIM, Triton, DataRobot, and Graph Databases like Neo4j or ArangoDB.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, LLM infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI platforms.
• Experience working in Banking, BFSI, FinTech, or other highly regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.
