Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Site Engineer manages technical and commercial activities for the company’s subsurface irrigation system, including client interactions, proposal preparation, sales follow-up, and after-sales support. The role supports system commercialization, market expansion, and coordination among clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Gain thorough knowledge of the irrigation system’s components, operation, specifications, applications, and advantages.
• Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors such as real estate, contracting, landscaping, agriculture, consulting, and government.
• Handle communications related to the system and maintain follow-up with clients and prospects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents.
• Present and demonstrate the system to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate client needs, and recommend technical solutions with the technical team.
• Manage sales processes from inquiry to contract, delivery, installation, and payment collection.
• Coordinate with marketing, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and installation teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Irrigation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in technical sales or related fields such as irrigation or control systems.
• Preferred experience in the Saudi market.
• Good understanding of irrigation and control systems.
• Preferred ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and readiness for site visits across the Kingdom.
