Job Summary
The Technical Architect role involves collaborating with partners to design and implement architectural solutions based on customer requirements, focusing on Fortinet security products and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in partner meetings to provide expert advice on solution architecture aligned with requirements
- Collect and analyze customer requirements and business needs
- Convert business needs into detailed system and technical specifications for architectural design
- Review and respond to comprehensive business requirements and specifications
- Present and demonstrate Fortinet solutions features and functionalities as needed
- Manage Fortinet assets for partner enablement, testing, validation, certification, and deployment
- Deploy, integrate, and manage Fortinet security solutions including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR
- Develop, review, and approve installation requirements for network devices such as LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, and firewalls
Requirements
- Expertise in Fortinet products and solutions
- Knowledge of competitive security solutions
- Experience in partner training and enablement on new and existing features
- Ability to build technical demonstration environments and scripts supporting Fortinet engineers
- Support technical webinars and hands-on demonstrations as needed
