Job Summary

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying manufacturing-oriented digital projects, including backend and frontend development, technical leadership, and promoting digital innovation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy digital projects focused on manufacturing.
• Complete backend development using Python or Java for RESTful APIs, business logic, and microservice frameworks.
• Develop and optimize web pages with Vue and React, and create data dashboards.
• Support development of robust internal systems and long-term technical solutions.
• Lead technical selection, resolve key module challenges, deliver quality code, and unify coding standards.
• Formulate technical solutions based on business needs, assess risks and feasibility, and drive project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews to standardize and improve code quality.
• Coach junior and mid-level developers to enhance team technical capabilities.
• Build technical middle-platforms and improve development efficiency with automated tools and optimized DevOps processes.
• Explore and apply AI, large-language models, machine learning, and RPA in manufacturing scenarios.
• Participate in intelligent and automated projects to advance digitization and automation of business processes.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing-oriented system development.
• Proficiency in backend development with Python or Java for RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Skills in frontend development using Vue and React.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and manage core modules.
• Experience in code quality control and team coaching.
• Knowledge of building technical middle-platforms and DevOps optimization.
• Interest or experience in AI, large-language models, machine learning, and RPA applications.
