AI Solution Delivery Manager

Job Summary

The AI Solution Delivery Manager leads the complete delivery process of AI solutions, overseeing teams, stakeholders, and technical architecture to enable AI transformation. The role involves designing scalable AI/ML solutions and ensuring their successful adoption to achieve measurable business results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of AI/ML solutions for public sector clients, from gathering requirements to production and operational use.
• Develop AI transformation strategies that align with national government priorities and goals.
• Design scalable, production-ready AI architectures using technologies such as GenAI, NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Simulation.
• Participate hands-on in model development, pipeline engineering, API design, and platform integration.
• Manage and lead a multidisciplinary AI/Data team, responsible for delivery quality and team growth.
• Act as the main AI technical liaison for senior government stakeholders, conducting workshops, technical reviews, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts to ensure solutions meet client objectives.
• Own and govern AI & Data solution architecture, including platform strategy, cloud AI/ML service selection, and MLOps pipeline design.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field with at least 12 years of work experience.
• 8-12 years of experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• 5+ years working with AI/ML and cognitive services from at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1+ year experience designing, building, or implementing Agentic Architectures.
• 1+ year experience building Conversational AI applications using cloud-based services and integrating AI/ML services into end-to-end solutions.

Nice to haves

• Experience managing and leading Gen AI / Agentic delivery for enterprise or government clients.
• Strong industry knowledge in public sector and consulting.
• Previous project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC/MENA region.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives and Arabic language proficiency (spoken and/or written).
