Sr. Product Manager – Foodics ERP

Job Summary

The Sr. Product Manager will lead the product strategy and execution for Foodics ERP, focusing on AI-native financial workflows and regional tax compliance across the Middle East and Egypt.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the product strategy for Foodics ERP in the Middle East and Egypt.
• Develop an AI Native ERP platform integrated with Foodics Financial Services.
• Support end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants, including transaction capture and reporting.
• Design ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities such as ZATCA, UAE VAT, and Egyptian Tax Authority.
• Ensure VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting compliance across markets.
• Create AI-driven automation for bookkeeping and reconciliation to reduce manual finance tasks.
• Enable AI-powered transaction categorization from POS, payments, and expenses.
• Ensure integration with Foodics POS, Payments, Inventory, Payroll, and banking systems, and build APIs for external financial systems.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of Product Management experience with mandatory ERP experience; Fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience developing products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to handle complex financial workflows and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, compliance, and finance teams.
