Job Summary
The Network & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at IoTech is responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining network and cloud environments, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Google Cloud Platform, while supporting security and integration needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and resolve network issues
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers and Windows/Linux systems
- Design and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments and cloud architecture
- Implement network security solutions and support system integration and API connectivity
- Assist in technical pre-sales activities, including proposals and RFP/RFQ responses
- Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and implementation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in networking and IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, network security, and traffic analysis
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud architecture
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments and systems integration
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and customer communication skills
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, ITIL 4, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Network Engineer
