Business Manager en VIE – Amman, Jordan (H/F)

Job Summary

Join Astek’s Jordanian team as a Business Manager in VIE, playing a strategic role within the local management team and actively contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify technological challenges in the target environment.
• Understand overall client and prospect issues, detect their needs, and develop relevant services accordingly.
• Establish privileged relationships with clients.
• Participate in recruiting a team of consultants.
• Monitor the deployment of complex technical projects.

Requirements

• Graduate engineer from a top school (Bac +5) with interest in both commercial and technical roles.
• Have an initial understanding of the profession and/or entrepreneurial spirit (e.g., company creation, junior enterprise).
• Familiarity with the engineering and/or IT sector, including key professions and terminology.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Age between 18 and 28 at the time of application and registration on Mon Volontariat International; mission must start before 29th birthday.
• French nationality or citizen of an EEA country.
• Compliant with national service obligations of your country.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to dedicate 100% to the mission without part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies, or paid activities during the V.I.E mission.
