Sales Specialist

Job Summary

The Sales Specialist role at AnalyticaOne Group in Amman involves identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and promoting analytical laboratory equipment to scientific and industrial clients. The position requires on-site full-time work and close collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the scientific and industrial sectors.
• Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct client visits and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts according to company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Provide after-sales follow-up and maintain detailed sales activity records.
• Offer basic product training to customers and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in analytical and laboratory instruments.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions and building relationships.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and support customers throughout sales cycles.
• Proven sales skills including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals in technical or B2B environments.
• Training and sales management skills to guide product use and support adoption.
• Relevant experience in scientific, laboratory, or technical product sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic and ability to travel locally as needed.
