Façade Design & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

The Façade Design & Estimation Engineer will support the commercial team by providing technical design, estimation, and value engineering for aluminium façade projects. The role involves developing optimized and cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements and support winning bids.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Recommend appropriate aluminium façade and system solutions.
• Create technical offers and project proposals for clients.
• Develop 2D and 3D technical drawings and standard details.
• Assist clients with structural, thermal, and acoustic calculations.
• Prepare fabrication documents such as cutting lists and assembly drawings.
• Provide technical support during ordering, fabrication, and installation phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in the façade industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems, design, estimation, and value engineering.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Inventor, RFEM/STAAD, Logikal, and MS Office preferred.
• Effective communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
