Senior Enterprise Consultant – Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange Infrastructure (Onsite)

Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Consultant will lead the design, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments, focusing on Active Directory and Exchange platforms. The role involves ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available enterprise identity and messaging solutions with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and migration projects for Active Directory and Exchange in complex enterprise settings.
• Design, implement, and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructures including Microsoft 365 and multi-datacenter platforms.
• Architect and optimize solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
• Drive activities related to security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management.
• Develop PowerShell automation, support migration and operational tasks, and maintain related documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs for environments supporting 100,000+ users.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and migrating hybrid Microsoft infrastructures including Microsoft 365 and multi-datacenter environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server, and identity/authentication technologies such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise technologies like F5, Infoblox, SailPoint, secure email gateways, backup, and DLP solutions.
• Proven skills in infrastructure modernization, security hardening, performance optimization, capacity planning, risk management, and governance.
• Advanced PowerShell automation skills and experience producing enterprise-grade documentation including HLDs, LLDs, migration runbooks, test plans, and as-built documentation.
