Job Summary
Lead tax transformation and technology engagements across Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax and Accounting Compliance & Reporting at EY MENA. This Senior Manager role oversees end-to-end workstreams spanning process redesign, data & analytics, solution architecture, AI enablement and change adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary workstreams from initiation through stabilization across tax transformation programs
- Drive governance, solution design and analytics delivery for transformation engagements
- Oversee eInvoicing transformation and AI-enabled use case implementation
- Manage change management and adoption strategies across projects
- Coach teams and manage stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Guide requirements definition, testing, deployment and adoption phases
Must haves
- Typically 12+ years of experience in tax transformation, tax technology, finance/compliance transformation or management consulting
- Proven experience leading workstreams and teams on complex transformation programs
- Strong capability with Alteryx, Tableau and SQL for analytics-led delivery
- Experience with solution architecture alignment and software delivery lifecycle governance
- Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice to haves
- Experience delivering eInvoicing and digital tax reporting programs
- Experience leading AI/GenAI-enabled business capabilities
- Relevant tax, project/program management, architecture, data/AI or change management credentials
