Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure solutions that protect and enable customers in complex digital environments
• Manage implementation and operation of cybersecurity tools across customer environments
• Own project outcomes end-to-end, troubleshooting challenges and driving resolution
• Lead projects from start to finish, delivering services and training that create visible impact
• Create technical and business documentation that translates complexity into clarity for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical or cybersecurity-focused role
• Experience working in a multinational or distribution environment
• Strong ownership mentality with accountability under pressure and sound judgment
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills that build trust with customers and colleagues
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with structured planning and time management
