Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer- Health Information Systems

Job Summary

As an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer based in Saudi Arabia, you will design and deliver secure integrations between Solventum healthcare solutions and customer systems. You will conduct technical discovery, configure solutions, lead validation activities, and provide advanced technical support to ensure successful implementations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other interoperability standards
• Conduct technical discovery activities to understand customer environments, infrastructure, workflows, and integration requirements
• Configure Solventum solutions to support customer-specific operational and clinical requirements in accordance with best practices
• Lead technical validation activities and support testing, defect investigation, and deployment readiness to enable successful customer go-lives
• Serve as an escalation point for technical issues during and after implementation, diagnosing problems and identifying root causes
• Partner with customers, support teams, product management, and other Solventum teams to implement sustainable solutions
• Capture implementation knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, and share expertise with support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams
• Work directly with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers to define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, customer technical stakeholders, or healthcare information systems in private, public, government or military environments
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions in healthcare environments
• Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Altera, Meditech, or equivalent systems
• Experience with interface engines, integration platforms, and familiarity with SaaS deployments, cloud-hosted solutions, networking fundamentals, or identity management concepts
• Experience supporting technical discovery, requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, validation, go-live readiness, and production support activities
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic, including the ability to communicate with customer technical and operational stakeholders
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components
