Job Summary
Join Danfoss Arabia as a Technical Support Engineer Graduate to provide technical support and solutions for cooling applications across Saudi Arabia. You will assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical guidance while collaborating with engineering teams on product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors, line components, and electronic controllers for HVAC/R applications
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end users regarding product and application inquiries
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to support customer understanding and product adoption
- Document testing results, technical findings, and recommendations through clear and accurate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product improvements and new product development initiatives
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required
- Recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Fluent in Arabic and good English communication skills
- Knowledge of basic physics and mathematics concepts
- Excellent relationship-building and customer communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical findings clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach with willingness to travel within the region
