Job Summary

Design, deliver, and update Python training programs for learners at various skill levels in a remote contract role. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting live online sessions, recording video lessons, and assessing learner progress to ensure courses meet defined learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare Python course materials, examples, and hands-on coding exercises for diverse learner groups
• Conduct live online training sessions and record video lessons or tutorials as needed
• Explain core Python concepts and guide learners through practical coding activities
• Provide feedback on assignments and projects to support learner development
• Assess learner progress and track advancement toward learning objectives
• Refine curriculum based on learner feedback and industry expectations
• Collaborate with the Manageperts team to ensure courses meet defined standards
• Utilize online teaching tools and learning management systems for assignments and assessments

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core syntax, data structures, functions, modules, and error handling
• Experience with applied Python topics such as scripting, APIs, data processing, or common libraries like pandas and requests
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training, workshops, or courses, preferably in a remote or online environment
• Clear communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts in accessible, structured ways for diverse learner groups
• Comfort with online teaching tools and learning management systems for assignments, assessments, and learner engagement
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to plan sessions, track learner progress, and meet contract deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to design hands-on coding exercises, practical projects, and real-world Python use cases that reinforce learning outcomes
• Strong command of English, with ability to deliver technical training and prepare professional course materials in English
• Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or teaching assistant in programming or technical subjects is highly beneficial
