Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst, you will lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure across LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments, while supporting core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity
• Manage infrastructure operations including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery solutions
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks
• Maintain security, support, and currency of infrastructure platforms through regular maintenance and upgrades
• Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records
• Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and implement mitigation measures

Must haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies and Cisco networking solutions
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent

Nice to haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration
• Experience with Azure AD and cloud-based services
• Experience with IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services
