Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives for government and large-scale organizations. Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle while working across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives and solution requirements.
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle with traceability and alignment to business goals.
• Analyze and improve business processes through process reengineering initiatives.
• Define functional requirements and API integration specifications for system integration projects.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams on solution delivery.
• Participate in solution design, testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with government organizations.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, API specifications, business process reengineering, and requirements management.

Nice to haves

• Experience in the Real Estate sector.
• Consulting experience with government entities or large enterprises.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
