Job Summary

Provide advanced technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, delivering enterprise-level technical solutions and serving as a trusted advisor. Lead technical assessments, manage solution delivery, and contribute to company strategy while maintaining high chargeability and supporting revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Verify and implement detailed technical designs based on project requirements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise-level technical solutions to clients.
• Lead technical assessments and manage solution delivery engagements.
• Manage team performance and project lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate installation, design, and migration activities across networks, applications, or platforms.
• Provide advanced technical consulting including proposal support, system tuning, and solution modifications.
• Share technical knowledge within the community and present at conferences.
• Support sales activities, manage bids, and expand existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with a relevant Bachelor’s degree, or 11+ years without a degree.
• Broad and deep technical expertise across multiple technologies.
• Proven ability to design solutions that improve system availability, performance, and agility.
• Recognized as an expert in at least one technology area.
• Strong understanding of architectural dependencies and complex multi-technology environments.
• Demonstrated innovation and leadership in delivering solutions.
• Effective communication skills with senior management.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Capable of managing teams and delivering comprehensive solution implementations.
• Experience developing new tools and solutions by reusing existing expertise.
