Network Administrator

Job Summary

The Network Administrator is responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise IT network infrastructure and services including routing, switching, wireless, IP telephony, and voice systems. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, security management, and troubleshooting of network devices to support operational needs while ensuring compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in network design and implementation
• Install and configure computer network equipment and maintain network connectivity
• Provide network support across various operating systems and to end users
• Maintain servers, associated hardware, applications, services, and settings
• Deploy, manage, and maintain Call Manager Servers, Call Center/IVR servers, Recording Server, Voice mail servers, Broadcast/Multicast servers, Conference Bridges, Operator Console, Billing server, oracle billing, and XML application servers with HIS system integration for IP phones
• Monitor network performance and develop policies for network resource usage
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions
• Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 1-2 years of professional technical experience in IT technology
• Organized, systematic, and logical approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure and react quickly to issues
• Ability to develop and acquire new skills and technological knowledge
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills
