Mobile App Engineer – Team Lead

Job Summary

Lead a team of software engineers through the full software development lifecycle while designing, developing, and delivering scalable, innovative solutions across front-end and back-end technologies. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers through planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and foster continuous learning
• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems using modern technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and enforce coding standards across the team through thorough code reviews
• Implement DevOps strategies including CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud deployments
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development process
• Optimize code and system architecture for efficiency and performance

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Dart (Flutter), PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Google Apps Script
• Strong understanding and practical experience in microservices architecture, including synchronous (REST/gRPC) and asynchronous (Kafka, RabbitMQ) communication patterns
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Couchbase, Firebase Firestore, Neo4j), and caching technologies like Redis/Memcache
• Proficiency in Linux server administration and modern DevOps practices, including GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
• Knowledge of ITIL and SDLC standards
• Hands-on experience with Solidity for smart contract development is highly desirable
