Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

UULA seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital and offline channels in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, creating compelling content, managing marketing channels, and conducting market research to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with senior management and the marketing team, then lead their implementation while monitoring performance against business objectives.
• Prepare, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across digital, traditional, and other marketing channels, using analytics tools to track performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create marketing content from concept through production, including video and static assets, coordinating across departments and managing brainstorming, scripting, visual direction, and editing.
• Manage company marketing channels including social media platforms, email newsletters, exhibitions, and conferences, planning and scheduling content to increase engagement and strengthen brand image.
• Conduct market research by collecting and analyzing data on customer needs and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, or Figma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to synthesize concise messages and hooks.
• Creative ability to generate marketing ideas and visual direction.
• Deep understanding of the KSA market.

Nice to haves

• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Professional marketing certifications such as CMMP or OMCA.
