About the job

  • Direct product vision and roadmap in alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer discovery, and VoC research to identify opportunities.
  • Translate customer and business needs into high-level feature definitions.
  • Prioritize features based on impact, urgency, and commercial value.
  • Own the intake, clarification, and business evaluation of customer change requests (CRs), ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer value.
  • Manage business analysts across CX product lines. Supervise the preparation of requirements documents (BRDs), personas, and journey maps.
  • Guide UX/UI development and usability testing for continuous product improvement.
  • Represent product direction internally and externally (e.g., with clients, sale teams)
  • Support pre-sales and sales teams in roadmap discussions and product adoption, and preparations for new projects or RFPs

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or CX-related roles, preferably in B2B software or telecom.
  • Proven experience managing product teams and delivering successful software products.
  • Strong understanding of CX technologies, customer journey design, and user-centric development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
