Product Manager (Amman)
Qashio is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join its growing team.
Role Overview
- The Product Manager plays a hands-on role throughout the entire product lifecycle, from shaping product strategy to executing go-to-market initiatives.
- You will work directly with the Head of Product to develop and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap, ensuring seamless product functionality and prioritizing the product backlog.
- A key focus of your role will be on writing detailed, high-quality product requirements and user stories.
- You will collaborate closely with the Tech team and other stakeholders, taking into account internal input and external customer feedback.
- Flexibility and the ability to shift between multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment will be essential.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on approach to product management, focusing on writing clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria considering a clear outline that meets the requirements of internal stakeholders and customers.
- Outlining clear product objectives and key results and communicating a product roadmap to appropriate stakeholders.
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience in order to identify and fill product gaps and generate ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Writing product feature requirements and preparing related material.
- Collaborate closely with our Tech team to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal use of resources.
- Streamline product launches by coordinating with Management and other Product team members.
- Represent Qashio in customer meetings to solicit feedback on products and services.
- Collaborating with other internal teams in an agile environment and in compliance with stipulated timelines.
- Participating and contributing to regular team sprints and stand-ups.
- Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
- Actively participate and contribute to team sprints and stand-ups.
- Support the team with UAT testing before feature releases.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle including writing product tickets and detailed documentation.
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills; can-do attitude and proactive mindset in getting to the root of an issue and coming up with efficient and innovative solutions.
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience and interest in the fintech space; previous experience in a fintech company is a significant advantage.
- A good understanding of accounting and expense management systems.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and ticketing.
