Field Sales Representative
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling fiber services. You will engage directly with potential customers in the field, educate them about the benefits of fiber technology, and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell our fiber services.
- Identify, approach, and communicate with potential customers in assigned areas.
- Provide accurate information to prospects regarding pricing, packages, and installation procedures.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and tailor offers to meet their specific requirements.
- Close sales by handling objections and persuading prospects to choose our fiber services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Document sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field or direct sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
