Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Operations Specialist. The individual in this role will handle day-to-day customer support activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall experience for GRAMS users. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, improving operational processes, and analyzing feedback to drive better customer service experiences. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and align with company goals.

  • Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in improving Customer Experience and fostering positive client interactions
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve operational and customer-related challenges
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus
  • Previous experience in the health, wellness, or food industry is advantageous
