Solution Engineer — Edge Agentic AI

Job Summary

The Solution Engineer will represent Intel’s Edge Agentic AI and Physical AI solutions to customers in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, supporting the design, deployment, and scaling of AI technologies for smart cities and autonomous operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers from discovery to deployment of agentic AI and Physical AI solutions using Intel technologies.
• Collaborate with Saudi and GCC clients to understand use cases and promote Edge Agentic and Phy AI adoption on Intel hardware.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer locations.
• Create technical materials for customers in Arabic and English, including solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies.
• Provide feedback from the field to Intel’s Edge & Phy AI product teams.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• 5-6 years of experience in technical roles involving software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or support with engineering focus.
• Strong knowledge in computer vision, video analytics, sensor fusion, IoT, geospatial intelligence, or real-time operational technologies.
• Deep understanding of edge AI solutions and AI frameworks such as vLLM, OVMS, LangGraph, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on development skills building agentic AI workflows, RAG systems, computer vision pipelines, integrations, APIs, and customer proofs of concept.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX.
• Experience with microservices development and frameworks like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into measurable business outcomes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for customer meetings, presentations, and documentation.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally in the MENA region.

Nice to haves

• Experience deploying Edge AI workloads across distributed edge architectures.
• Knowledge of Cognitive City, Intelligent Infrastructure, and Critical Infrastructure use cases in sectors like transportation, public safety, utilities, energy, healthcare, or smart buildings.
• Familiarity with sovereign AI architecture, data governance, AI lifecycle management (MLOps/AIOps), and secure AI deployments.
• Previous customer-facing experience in technology companies, system integrators, or consulting firms within the MENA region.
• Contributions to AI, edge computing, open-source, or developer communities through blogs, GitHub projects, presentations, workshops, or hackathons.
